Vista Products Company respects the information you share when contacting a local branch through this website.
When you use the request form, Vista receives the branch you select, your request type, name, business or organization, email address, optional phone number, and message. The website hosting service may also process standard technical information, such as an IP address, browser details, and request logs, to operate and protect the website.
Vista uses submitted information to route your request to the correct branch, respond to you, provide product or dishmachine program information, coordinate follow-up, and maintain normal business records.
The request form uses website hosting and email-delivery providers to transmit your message to the selected Vista branch. Vista does not sell the personal information submitted through the form. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate the website, protect Vista or others, or comply with applicable law.
Vista and its service providers may retain messages and related business records for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, operations, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Vista uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Vista does not currently use advertising or marketing analytics on this website. Essential technical storage or logs may still be used by the website platform to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
You may contact the branch that received your request to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to records Vista must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons. Use the contact information on the relevant branch page.
